Join Dawn for a mixture of Gentle & Restorative Yoga with Pranayama, Visualization, Essential Oils & Mantra to Balance to the Chakras. Chakras are Wheels of Energy that can get out of Balanced and Blocked. We will work to bring them into alignment and create a Healthy Energy Balance. There will be 2 buildups through the chakras - the first will be through mindfully sequenced asanas and the second within restorative asanas where these will be more time to breakdown aspects of each chakra to bring about balance.
